Elite Academy Open Day
Tuesday 13th February

All players who have been successful at one of our trial nights will be invited to attend the Elite Academy open day on Tuesday 23rd February. It is going to be a fantastic day for all of the players as they will get a chance to have an insight in to what life will be like as a paid scholar with Elite Academy. All players will take part in a small sided games tournament in the morning before competing in 11 aside matches in the afternoon. This will give the UEFA qualified coaches another chance to assess the players following their successful performances at the trial nights.

Players will also be able to meet with our kit supplier in order to check sizes and order their kit.

Soccer Smart will be discussing the opportunities of scholarships in USA and Australia for when the player’s time is finished with Elite Academy.

Information regarding our annual tour to the best sporting facility in Europe will be available.

Finally Elite Academy academic staff will be on hand to discuss the different academic courses available and other potential pathways following the completion of the course.

If you have missed our trial nights and you are interested in joining Elite Academy please express an interest here> and a member of the team will be in touch.

Amy Experiences Top Barcelona Tennis Training

Elite Sports Academy students Amy Griffiths recently returned from 2 weeks of clay court training at the Barcelona Total Tennis Academy (BTTA).

This is one of the top training academies in Spain. As well as clay court tennis training, there was also a strong emphasis on developing language skills and experiencing the culture of Spain. This was a huge achievement for Amy to be selected who regularly trains at a high performance club in Bolton.
